Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation, recurring billing and refund policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work at MyLifeUK. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Free Trial
A free account, with no credit card, lets you use each tool up to 3 times. No charges are made during the free trial. After the free uses of a tool, a paid plan is needed to keep using it.
3. Recurring Billing
Subscriptions are charged automatically each cycle (monthly or annual) on the registered card. The charge occurs at the start of each period. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Refund Policy
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your payment, for any reason. This applies to the first payment of a subscription (monthly or annual) and to one-off purchases. To ask, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of the payment date. We refund the full amount to the same payment method within 14 days of your request, and paid access ends when the refund is made. Renewal charges are not refunded: cancel before the renewal date to avoid them. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Erroneous Charges
If you were charged due to a system error or do not recognise a charge, contact us within 30 days. We will review the case and, if applicable, process a full refund.
7. How to Cancel
To cancel: (a) go to Settings in your account and cancel the subscription; or (b) contact us through our Contact page. Cancellation is effective immediately.
8. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after cancellation. Keep this confirmation for your records.
